Isange Paradise Resort Ruhengeri offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and have a veranda where you can relax after a day out exploring. The hotel is located close to Volcanoes national park, making it convenient for visiting the park and its beautiful surroundings. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, ensuring that everything is taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms have a very hot shower, which is perfect after a long day of activities. Breakfast is also included, providing a good start to the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, and they even arranged a tricycle for my kids to play with throughout our stay. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the food is delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and comfortable during our visit.

The hotel had lovely gardens and well-maintained rooms. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. the hotel was located away from the town which gave a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The internet was not consistent and could have been better. the pillows provided were too small and did not offer adequate support.

The resort's lush garden and beautiful artwork create a relaxing and serene environment. the rooms are nicely decorated and come with spacious bathrooms equipped with hot showers. the staff is wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast is delicious, and the resort offers facilities like trampolines, table tennis, and games to keep you entertained.
The restaurant's service can be a bit slow, but the food is worth the wait.

Support a great cause and relax in beautiful surroundings. The hotel is managed by a nonprofit that runs an orphanage for kids affected by the 1994 genocide. The gardens are a sight to behold, and the homemade bed coverings are so lovely. What's more, it's really easy to get to the park headquarters.
Service could improve. The staff can be shy and forgetful, so be prepared to speak up if you need something.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff here are friendly, attentive, and really made my stay enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities provided were great, and I especially loved the rooms with very hot showers. The breakfast included was also a nice touch, and it was prepared according to my schedule needs. The location of this hotel is amazing, as it is close to Volcanoes National Park and the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel kept me relaxed and in touch with nature.
All was great, nothing to improve!
